Requirements for Filing an Uncontested (Waiver) Divorce

• 3 copies: Divorce Decree
• 3 copies: Entry of Appearance and Waiver
• 3 copies: Petitions

The Court Clerk's office does not have divorce forms. Divorce forms may be obtained from an attorney, or paralegal services. Waivers must be notarized and filed at least 1 day after filing the petition.

• Divorce with minor children - $268.39
• Divorce without minor children - $268.39
• Foreign Order - $170.39
• Paternity W/ No child support- $170.39
• Sheriff service of process - $50
• Summons Fee - $10
